hahaha...scary! Okay, here's what I did when I came back to the US in August, 2024. Hundreds of people standing in line at passport control, stepping up and getting their pupils scanned and both hands, all fingers, fingerprinted. No one not complying, although the sign said, "if you are a US citizen and you do not want to be photographed, speak to a TSA rep. If you are a US citizen, we will just keep the photographs for a few days. If you are not a citizen, we will keep the photographs of you for the purpose of facial recognition." When it was my turn at the agent window, and I passed my passport under the shield to him, he said;"Step in front of the camera, please." I leaned around the shield and very quietly said: "I don't want to be photographed. And, I don't want to be fingerprinted. And, I am 76 years old." He asked me how long I had been away, and the purpose of my trip. When I answered those two questions, he slid my passport back under the shield and said, "Have a nice day." That's how I learned to do Resistance, from the hero of my book, I Am André, German Jew, French Resistance Fighter, British Spy!
