I would give an equally high probability that they are British and American elite... not new $$, but old $$... I'll not give away the surprise, but 'Two World Wars and Hitler Who Was Responsible?... is a tremendously enlightening book by Dr. Jim Macgregor and Dr. John O'Dowd... at 667 pages, not counting the bibliography, it's not a lightly taken endeavor... But I believe the reward is well worth the effort and time spent. Next on my reading list is 'Hope and Tragedy' by Carroll Quigley... his Opus Magnum... and quite a tome at >1300 pages...

Since our way of life has institutions, and these organizations are structured hierarchically, then it’s a given that those at the top will be distant from those at the bottom, and engage in behaviors that either keep them in their place or raise them still higher. The fact that this structure is pyramidic in shape, and pyramid = “fire in the middle”, and that our way of life originated disturbingly close to the underworld fires of an active volcano ensures me that supporting all this is foolhardy at best.
It only matters in Our ability to see the full picture. If We do not see the whole, then We waste energy railing at the Ones the topmost want Us railing at.

I would have agreed with you fully a few years ago but if you remember during the first year of the Russian intervention into Ukraine, Soros handed control of whatever he was mixed up in to his son, possibly the amount of biological warfare labs that kept coming up, made him feel his age a bit.
